5,000 Burns Research Grant - The AB Wallace Memorial Award The Healing Foundation wishes to award a prize of up to £5,000 to support research relevant to 'burns, disfigurement and visible loss of function' and which pays tribute to the visionary ideals of AB Wallace, the pioneering burns research surgeon, famously passionate about the role of research in advancing burns medicine and care for patients.

Application is open to Professional members (or must be supported by a Professional member) of the BBA, for research conducted in the UK or Ireland for costs (staff, equipment, materials etc) associated with a new or ongoing research project.

Closing date for applications: before 5pm on Friday 25 February 2011.
